This cozy little Italian place has two personalities. If you want to quietly savor inventive dishes like Lobster Spaghetti, go early or at lunch. But as the night wears on, this unassuming spot transforms into a scene complete with cell phone users and blaring dance music, which is not necessarily such a bad thing. In fact, it might be the best party on the Upper East Side on any given night.
