This little bistro is very European and very chic. The food is good, but many patrons come to see and be seen. The place has no sign out in front, and inside it is noisy, small and smoky, but there are those who definitely love to be here. The seafood and steaks (especially Steak Tartare) are very popular. There is also an attractive bar area where singles often choose to eat.
