Located in a 1845 year old building, this newly opened restaurant has bagged many three star reviews. Adorned with chandeliers, brass doors, marbled walls, a fireplace and mirrors, it offers a rather romantic atmosphere. Chef Robins carefully prepares interesting fusion dishes with Asian and Latin American influences. Only three course prix fixe menus are offered and include interesting dishes like Marjoram Scented Grilled Quail, 'Tataki' of Alaskan King Salmon and Cumin Scented Roast Organic Berkshire Pork. For desserts, go for the Market Strawberries with Buttermilk Panna Cotta (strawberry almond shortcake and berry sorbet) or Warm Chocolate Torte. The Biltmore is also a good pick for hosting private dinners.
