This bistro has been opened by the world-renonwed Chef David Pasternack, who also owns the famous Esca. It is complete with a zinc bar and a rotisserie, specially ordered from France. The chef has taken inspiration from the Cote D'Azur and makes maximim use of his French rotisserie. Other mouthwatering items on the menu are the house oysters called The Widows Hole.
