Indisputably one of the fanciest Spanish restaurants in New York City, the cuisine here puts an adventurous New American twist on classics like Paella and Grilled Pork Chops. The restaurant also makes amazing Sangria and is run by celebrity Chef Bobby Flay, who also owns the nearby Mesa Grill. The bright, colorful interior at Bolo is sophisticated and comfortable. The ambience is equally appropriate for an intimate date as it is for a business lunch.
