Thomas Keller does not disappoint. That's why, his latest addition Bouchon Bakery, is a veritable delight. The pastry and chocolate stop, also serves breakfast, small plates, soups, panini, beverages, and more. The informal hangout with its petite tables and chairs, shares floor space with other retail establishments, so there's no chance of ignoring Bouchon. And if you have a really good time, check out Per Se, on the fourth level, which is a sister concern. No reservations please!
