Horse lovers will delight in the stables here at Pelham Bay Park, located in the northern section of the Bronx (who would have guessed?). The setting is a great place for whiling away an hour on horseback. Equestrian lessons are available for $50 an hour, by appointment only. There are also guided horseback tours of the park, moderately priced at $25 per hour. This is a lovely park, especially when viewed by horseback. Cash only.
