'Broomedoggs' is not really a 'fancy' place - if you are into bad lighting and depressing decor, head here. The food is a winner though! Started by three Manhattan guys, this place has other branches in Schnack, the Gowanus Yacht Club and Zombie Head Bar [the extra "g" added in the name on their mother's advice]. A local favorite for those who can't afford much, it is open seven days a week, boasts of its cheap eats, outdoor dinning and kid friendly environment.
