Apart from the massive beer collection it holds, this cafe promises Mediterranean delicacies conjured up by veteran chef Simon Oren, who has moved recently from the South of France to touch base in New York. His Marseille magic will soon be working its magic on New Yorkers. Be sure to try the classic dessert Choucroute Garnie; it is one of the signature desserts at D'Alsace.
