High ceilings, warm colors and fresh flowers make this Tribeca restaurant a truly romantic spot. After more than two decades, Chanterelle remains one of the top restaurants in the city. The staff is delighted to serve you, and portions are huge. Sample such delights as Maine sea scallops, potato ravioli and beef in red wine sauce. There is also a distinguished wine cellar, and the grand dining room is an antique jewel. All this luxury does come at a hefty price however. Jacket and tie required.
