This is a Tex-Mex restaurant with a theme - it serves as a sort of metropolitan museum of cowgirl memorabilia. There are pictures and mementos of cowgirls, rodeo stars and country singers everywhere, and a popular gift shop. This is a fun-filled family spot, but it gets rather noisy. The food is all tasty; fajitas, nachos, catfish, ribs, Chicken Fried Steaks, Chuck Wagon Chili, Texas Onion Loaf, Enchiladas and Chops are all popular, as are margaritas and "pearly gates" (pina coladas).
