The Dahesh Museum of Art is devoted to collecting, exhibiting, and interpreting works by Europe's academically trained artists of the 19th and early 20th centuries. There are 2,000 pieces of art including prints, photographs and books made by academicians. Visitors can also avail of Café Opaline overlooking Madison Avenue with lunch from 11a-5p and afternoon tea beginning at 2:30p. Another location of the museum is at 580 Madison Avenue in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Admission: Adult $10, Child under 12 years Free, Senior $4, Students $6.
