This crowded soup store is a popular choice for New Yorkers on their lunch break. Since there are no dining tables and the restaurant resembles a sterile laboratory, most people find themselves ordering soup to go. The soups are tasty-Mexican tortilla soup with chicken, cream of carrot with dill and shrimp bisque are just a few of the favorites. Prices average $6.50 for most large servings.
