Many meat-eating New Yorkers in their 20s avoid Manhattan steakhouses due to the cigar smoke, high prices and the normally conservative atmosphere. However, Dylan Prime has aimed to change all that, and it succeeds in its goal to be a steakhouse for the younger generation. It starts with friendly service and a very attractive, intimate room. Candlelight makes for a romantic evening, as long as your date is not a vegetarian. Of course there are steaks, as well as various side dishes and sauces.
