Located in one of Manhattan's most interesting neighborhoods (and until a few years ago one of its more dangerous), this little place offers affordable accommodations in a comfortable, clean and safe environment. Eclectic furnishings reflect the character of the East Village. Some of the rooms have 'themes' just for fun, and there is a garden available for guests to sit in. Although there is no breakfast offered, many inexpensive cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Reservations: 11a-5p, Mondays-Saturday.
