A new entrant in the West Village, Employees Only gives out a vibe that is essentially speakyeasy-esque. The main attraction though, is the bar, a fantastically curved structure, topped with brass and warmed by a steel-grilled fire place. The cocktails are creatively mixed from infusions like lavender-scented gin and vermouth tinged with herbes de Provence. Also try the hand-cut Steak Tartare, which apparently gives the Kobe Steak a run for its money!
