A spacious, loft-like interior and a sizeable garden make this Upper West Side favorite a good place to meet a group of friends or bring the parents. The rich, mid-priced pasta and risotto dishes take center stage, but the eclectic menu offers fried calamari, steak and pizza as well. Because of the high ceilings, it gets quite noisy and thus is not the best place for a quiet date. The attractive bar in front is a good spot to stop into for a drink.
