Ryan DePersio, chef and partner of the restaurant, brings the best of Italian cuisine to New Jersey. For a taste of it, try Puree of Kobacha Squash Soup with Oregano Crema and Hazelnut Oil or Black Sea Bass, Steamed Leeks, Slow Roasted Peppers, and a Lemon Parsley Emulsion or Hand Made Ravioli of the Day.
