This glorious Midtown champagne bar makes its home in what was once a swanky speakeasy, and it has managed to retain some of that vibrant spirit. Flute carries over 100 varieties of champagne, many of which can be ordered by the glass. It is also cigar friendly and serves extremely upscale bar food like caviar and foie gras. Naturally, this all comes with a hefty price tag; but if you can afford it, by all means enjoy yourself.
