'Forever Tango' dances through the history of this sensuous Argentina art form. The show at the Shubert is two hours of choreographed sex, with dancers sizzling as they swirl across time and stage. 'Forever Tango' has an all-Argentine cast: seven dance couples; and an 11-person on-stage orchestra, including four musicians on the bandoneón, the tiny acordion that is essential to the authentic tango. 'Forever Tango' is a seamless stitching of music and dance with orchestral chords as sharp as a razor's edge cutting dancers and audience both. The music keeps Shubert-goers on their toes as much as the dancers. 'Forever Tango' is the creation of, and is directed by, Luis Bravo. 'Forever Tango' is an inspired vehicle for presenting tango to a general audience.
