Numerous New York patrons have entered this Italian steakhouse out of curiosity, and emerged as devotees. Most Italian restaurants are noted for their generous portions, and this one is no different. All the steaks are delicious, as are the chops, prime ribs and baby back ribs. The entrees derived from cuts of lamb, chicken and other meats are also excellent. The decor is sparse and masculine, but diners seem to like it that way. Previously situated on 10th Ave, Frank's is now located behind its butcher shop in Chelsea Market.
