This Italian favorite has been a staple on the Upper East Side for over 12 years. Grace Balducci Doria (of Balducci's Market fame) and her husband own both the restaurant and attached market, and as any true New Yorker will tell you, no one knows Italian food better than the Balduccis. Not only is the food delicious, the staff is wonderful.
