English restaurateur Sir Terence Conran has taken his act to the landmark Bridgemarket building near the Queensboro Bridge. He has converted the space into one of the city's grandest, most decadent dining experiences. The restaurant features high ceilings, swooping staircases and a crowd of beautiful people. It has numerous spaces for dining and drinking, including the upscale Guastavino's Brasserie and the more intimate Club Guastavino. There is also room for private and corporate events. The menu offers such eclectic items as Pike Quenelles in crayfish sauce and Calf's Brains.
