One of the more expensive restaurants in New York, Nadaman Hakubai is also one of the most gracious. Highly trained waitresses dressed in beautiful kimonos bring out course after course of elegant and delicious dishes to diners seated in private rooms. A good but expensive bet is to order the optional kaiseki, a type of tasting menu. There is also a selection of authentic tea, plum wine, sake and other beverages. The regular menu includes sushi, sticky rice dishes, noodles, seafood, and Kobe beef.
