Linda Pagan, who owns this lovely little Soho shop, is certainly a woman who knows her hats. The store carries the creations of approximately 40 different hat makers. From the practical to the whimsical and everything in between, hat lovers will find the right finishing touch to any outfit. Since this is Soho, the merchandise is all high-end fashion and it certainly is not cheap, but isn't that what people come to this neighborhood for anyway?
