Famed restaurateur Drew Nieporent opened up this posh health food restaurant in the W Hotel to lure the hip, youngish crowds there. Like all of New York City, the decor is spectacular enough to make the evening an event; in this case, massive columns and waterfalls are used to excellent effect. The New American food - all organic and prepared without butter or oil - is delicious, although some sinful types wish it was not quite so healthy.
