This Soho location is one of the only Japanese restaurants where the soba and udon noodles are made fresh every day. As a result, Japanese executives can be seen politely slurping their lunch in the upscale and serenely decorated dining room. Noodles are served cold at the beginning of a meal, or hot as a main course. Soba are buckwheat noodles, udon are white wheat. Other favorites include carpaccio style roast beef, and giant prawn tempura.
