Located inside the New York Palace Hotel, Istana is as impressive as the space it is housed in. Excellent food, service and ambience are all here. Prix fixe dinner and afternoon tea are both treats. The restaurant features Spanish, Greek, French, Italian and Moroccan dishes, such as grilled octopus, fried herb ravioli, seared squab and lobster risotto. There is also a good selection of sherries and wine. Marble pillars, handsome tables and truly comfortable chairs round out the decor.
