This independent coffee bar and tearoom offers everything necessary for a good café experience: an excellent selection of coffee, tea, snacks and desserts, plentiful seating and swift service. Excellent jazz CDs create a mood for good conversation and relaxation, but the music never overwhelms. Occasionally, live jazz acts perform. In back, there are a few comfortable couches, and a huge skylight provides much welcome sunshine. Muffins, bagels, pastries, soup, salad and sandwich selections vary daily.
