While hot nightspots are a dime a dozen here, the singular Jeffrey peddles $600 Manolo Blanik shoes to the Fressen set. If the slick decor and charming service doesn't entice you, the clearance racks will, as normally $1200 Prada jackets sell off-season for $800.
