With fine food, splendid service and happy Greek music, this popular restaurant in the Astoria neighborhood of Queens draws crowds nightly. Live music is performed after 9p, every Tuesday through Saturday. The restaurant enjoys a pleasant and (except for the music hours) sedate atmosphere, with pictures of Greek gods on the walls and savory smells issuing from the kitchen. Seafood favorites include the porgie, bass, red snapper, squid, swordfish, scallops and shrimp. Lamb dishes are also popular, as are the Greek meatballs.
