This friendly Upper East Side lounge is designed for young singles that want to mix, mingle and meet. The bar features a 1970s theme, but with a twist-it also acts as a dating service. Patrons choose a luvhandle (fake name) and fill out a luvsurvey. Other singles check out the luvsurvey, and the 'applicant' is called or emailed if someone responds. If interest is mutual, the staff arranges a date at Luvbuzz. You can also ask one of the trained luvbees there to introduce you to someone face to face.
