On a pleasant summer evening, this lively East Village restaurant is a fine place to sit outside and sip some of the city's best margaritas. Happy hour (5p-7:30p) is a great bargain, although the chips and salsa are a little stale and bland. Fajitas, tacos, enchiladas and other Tex-Mex favorites abound. The restaurant can be a bit noisy and there is usually a wait on the weekends, but service is fast once you sit down. There are additional locations throughout Manhattan.
