Close to Rockefeller Center, the Theater District and Grand Central Terminal, Nanni's is a longtime favorite of those who love Italian food at its best and superior Continental service. This small, cozy trattoria is a bit formal, but its Midtown patrons do not seem to mind. Attractive Italian frescoes adorn the walls. Menu highlights include stuffed veal chops, ravioli, a casserole of mussels and clams, and angel hair pasta with clam sauce.
