This utterly charming downtown restaurant serves delicious food from the Basque region of Spain (in the northwestern part of the country) to a crowd of appreciative, young sophisticates. There are plenty of adorable touches like wine bottles lining the walls, but the best thing about the décor is the blue mosaic floor. The tables are small, intimate and close together. The bar is usually crowded. Patrons can choose from small appetizers, or such substantial entrees as grilled shrimp in garlic sauce or txangurro, (potato-stuffed crab).
