This upscale spot is located in the lobby of the famous Plaza Hotel. In this palm-lined eatery, you can enjoy champagne or traditional high tea, complete with finger sandwiches for smaller appetites. In fact, ordering tea or hot chocolate is probably the best way to enjoy this place—the full meals are just average and are overpriced. However, many tourists and New Yorkers enjoy the old-fashioned, elitist ambiance.
