Opened by restaurant connoisseur Jean-Georges Vongerichten, this restaurant is his latest offering to the people of New York City. Set in plush minimalist tones with bare bulbs artistically hanging over tables, this is a chic place to hang out. Most of the menu is influenced by Asia so expect dishes, such as a Cylinder of Red Tuna with Rice Cracker Crust, Black Pepper Crab Dumplings with Sugar Snap Peas and Red Snapper Sashimi.
