This Italian restaurant features good food, attentive waitpersons, and one of the best views of the Manhattan skyline and the Brooklyn Bridge anywhere. In existence since 1984, it has become increasingly popular. Pete's features casual sidewalk tables and modest prices, as well as a warm and welcoming interior. Popular appetizers include eggplant rollatini, calamari, baked clams, and Pete's garlic bread with mozzarella. Entrees of note are penne vodka, veal parmagiana with linguine, and spicy seafood fra diavolo.
