Past its hot prime, this Russian-themed cellar hideaway no longer attracts celebrities and others in the ambitious and beautiful “in crowd.” Nevertheless, if you want to drink vodka like a Russian (complete with caviar and smoked fish), this is the spot to visit. Try going on Mondays or Tuesdays when the crowds are thinner, and the remarkable mirrored art deco meets Moscow interior can be truly appreciated.
