Named for a zesty pasta sauce, this Italian restaurant in the neighborhood of Hell's Kitchen is noisy and busy, but worth the wait for its excellent food, service and romantic ambience. Mirrors and bottles line attractive dining room walls, and seating is available outdoors as well.
