Located next door to the Chelsea Hotel, this Spanish restaurant has been around since 1930. The strange decor featuring windmills in the main dining room and other strange objects is alone worth a visit, but the food happens to be very good as well. Delicious paellas, shrimp in green sauce, garlic shrimp and more are presented to the table by good-natured and well-trained waitpersons. Entire families enjoy themselves here, and the portions are overwhelming. Make sure you try the sangria.
