Many supporters claim this East Side version of the Upper West Side favorite Rain actually improves on the original. The sleek, exotic decor remains very similar, but with a splendid, roomy bar area. The cuisine has many Southeast Asian influences-Thai, Malaysian, Cambodian, Vietnamese-and satisfies with entrees like crispy whole fish with three flavored sauce and pan-roasted Atlantic salmon with snake beans. The Thai style duck fajitas are amazing.
