When a restaurant in New York City is constantly packed no matter the hour it is usually a good indication that the spot merits a visit, and the Soho standby Raoul's is no exception. The chic bar scene draws a healthy number of the late night, bohemian crowd, including the occasional celebrity. If you do decide to eat here, there are plenty of steaks (Steak Au Poivre is a favorite) and other standard bistro fare.
