This fusion restaurant speaks with an Asian accent. There are great views, thanks to its location on the 21st floor of the Hilton Times Square hotel. The dining room is decorated in a minimalist fashion, so as not to compete with Central Park just outside the window. Appetizers include Spicy Soups, Carpaccio and Fried Ipswich Clams. The entree list features Tea Smoked Pork Tenderloin with Apricot Salsa, Sesame-Crusted Yellow Fin Tuna with Ponzu Sauce, Crab Tempura, and Asian Tacos with Barbecued Duck and Ginger Plum Sauce.
