Rhapsody is the combined effort of the Restaurant Management students of the Statler Hotel School. It's a comfortable place, serving large portions of a variety of delicacies and students' creations. The name 'Rhapsody' reflects the students' enthusiasm and urge to experiment with flavours - be it the Steak, Salmon or Mahi Mahi, it is bound to taste a bit different than usual. Now this is what you would call 'learning on the job'.
