With its popular tapas, modest prices and entrancing flamenco guitar music, Rio Mar attracts a large gathering of regular patrons to its tiny dining room in the Meatpacking District. This small and simple site is often crowded and noisy, but the service is not bad and the food is worth the effort. Paella, seafood, steaks, sausages, chops and chicken dishes are all featured on the menu. Prices are reasonable, so do not be afraid to splurge.
