This happy yet intimate Upper East Side restaurant comes complete with a boisterous bar scene. It is crowded with regulars, but a table can usually be had if you call in advance. Popular antipasti include stuffed mozzarella, artichokes with Taleggio cheese, carpaccio, and the soup of the day. Pasta dishes include linguine with clam sauce. There is also rack of veal, stuffed baked chicken, grilled boneless quail, baked red snapper, and grilled shrimp over greens.
