This German American restaurant plays both traditional German brass band music and American jazz, but when it comes to the food, it is all German and Austrian. Do not come here expecting to maintain a diet. From the beer list (12 pages long) to the lengthy menu, everything is so solid and filling that you may have trouble getting out of your seat. A small paneled dining room decorated with German artifacts gives the restaurant a feeling of authenticity. Typical dishes are schnitzel and spaetzle, potato pancakes and bratwurst.
