As the name suggests, the major thrust here is soup. They make very good ones too, with lots of flavor and variety. Salads, drinks, sandwiches and a few other items are also on the menu. While the bare décor inside makes it seem like something's a miss, most customers do not seem to care. If they do, they either eat outside or limit themselves to takeout. Some popular combinations here include Wild Mussel Soup with Potatoes and Saffron, and Chicken with Orzo.
