The Kirk Theater, named after the developer of Manhattan Plaza, Rodney Kirk, holds 99 seats, and lies on the second floor of the Theatre Row Complex, which has five theaters. Embellished with comfortable seats, central heating and air-conditioning, this recently renovated theater has managed to retain its original walls despite the structural changes. It features high-tech facilities, a control booth and two dressing rooms with showers and bathrooms.
